Each school cafeteria has a Food Service Manager who is in charge of its operation and administration. To be a Food Service Manager, you must either have certification from the state of Louisiana as a certified cafeteria manager, or you must have verifiable food service management experience or be a graduate of a Dietary management program and be willing and able to complete our Manager-In-Training program. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefit package for work in a Catholic environment. Weekday position with summers off. Must be computer savvy, with solid school cafeteria or other dietary management experience. Drug Testing and acceptable background check required.
